The Way
Train children in the way they should go;
when they grow old, they won’t depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6 (CEB)
The Way is a house of grace filled with a passion to turn the hearts of youth and families to God and to each other by sharing in a journey to belong, believe, and become. We provide an exceptional, Christ-centered education in a safe environment where little scholars will be nurtured, challenged, equipped, and trained to be the next generation of leaders in the world. Children will become lifelong learners, growing compassion and confidence as they discover and develop their unique God-given talents, and then use them in impactful ways to bring Him glory.

Core Values
1. Faith as the Foundation:
We integrate biblical principles into daily activities, teaching children about God’s love, grace, and truths. Through prayer, worship, and Bible stories, we help children build a relationship with Jesus and develop a strong moral compass. This grace-based faith becomes the foundation that the other core principals are built on.
2. Holistic Development:
Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Following His example, we support the whole child’s growth by fostering:
Spiritual Growth: Teaching Scripture and modeling Christ-like behavior.
Emotional Growth: Creating a nurturing space where children feel safe and loved, allowing them to express their feelings and develop emotional resilience.
Social Growth: Encouraging kindness, empathy, and teamwork as we guide children to live out the second greatest commandment, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39).
Intellectual Growth: Providing age-appropriate learning opportunities that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
Physical Growth: Promoting active play, good nutrition, and healthy habits as part of caring for the body, which is God’s temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
3. Partnership with Families:
We believe that parents are the primary caregivers and spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. Our role is to come alongside families, offering support, encouragement, and resources that align with biblical values. By fostering open communication and mutual respect, we create a strong partnership for the child’s benefit.
4. Safe and Loving Environment:
Children thrive in an atmosphere of unconditional love and security. We are committed to providing a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where each child feels valued and respected, reflecting God’s love for all people.
5. Imparting Kingdom Values:
We aim to instill values like humility, service, gratitude, and forgiveness, equipping children to live as disciples of Christ and future ambassadors of His Kingdom.
